Candy Raiment

For Candy Raiment, I developed an e-commerce website to craft a powerful sales engine. By integrating the CRM with their website, I streamlined the sales process. This empowered the Candy Raiment team to nurture leads, personalize outreach, and close deals more efficiently. This resulted to a significant boost in sales and a more customer-centric experience.

Task

To transform of a traditional boutique in Ghana to a successful e-commerce platform, resulting in a significant sales boost exceeding previous benchmarks. First, through SEO, by optimizing the website for search engines, making it easier for potential customers searching for traditional apparel to discover Candy Raiment. This generated a steady stream of qualified leads.  Next, by implementing a CRM system that seamlessly integrates with the website. This CRM allowed the team to nurture these leads with targeted campaigns based on browsing history and preferences.  By combining the power of SEO to attract customers and a CRM to convert them, I transformed Candy Raiment sales process, leading to significant growth.
